Exclusive Distributor Policy
Conditions and Obligations for Becoming a Distributor

Be a professional company in the hydraulic tools sales sector with an established customer relationship network.

Must attend one annual product training session in Shanghai (covering traning for tools safe usage, assembly, repair, maintenance, and product selection/quotation tools). Airfare is at the distributor’s expense; accommodation and meals are hosted by ULTPRE. Upon completion, the Distributor Authorization Agreement will be signed, and the Brand Repair & After-Sales Service Qualification Certificate will be issued and brand gifts(cloth,bags,glasses,helmet etc.) will be offered.

ULTPRE does not require any distributor to maintain inventory. All our products are readily available in large quantities for quick shipment. However, we encourage capable distributors to stock inventory based on their needs by offering tiered discount pricing for different purchase quantities.

For the first purchase, distributors must buy a certain quantity of representative products as display and promotional samples. The sample purchase price is offered at a 10% discount off the distributor purchase price. ULTPRE will provide a recommended list; distributors can discuss and adjust the sample selection with us based on their specific needs.

Distributors must prominently display the ULTPRE logo on their company website and provide a link to the official ULTPRE website, clearly stating they are the authorized exclusive distributor for their territory.

Distributors must adhere to our global product after-sales warranty policy, providing repair and maintenance services to any purchaser of ULTPRE products.

ULTPRE highly values VOC (Voice of Customer – suggestions) and NPD (New Product Development). Distributors are obligated to promptly provide feedback on customer suggestions regarding our products and valuable new product requirements to help us improve products, enhance user experience, and arrange new product development. Additionally, distributors must participate in our periodic online new product launch events.

Benefits for Distributors

Distributors enjoy market protection from ULTPRE within their authorized territory. For any counterfeit products discovered by the distributor, they can contact ULTPRE to jointly protect rights and combat counterfeiting and unfair competition.

All product inquiries originating from within an authorized territory will be forwarded to the authorized distributor for handling. ULTPRE will absolutely not engage in business transactions with any third-party companies or individuals within an authorized distributor’s territory and will not ship products into an authorized distributor’s market without their consent.

ULTPRE will provide authorized distributors with printed catalogs and will clearly display the distributor’s contact information for their authorized territory on our official website.
Term, Renewal, and Termination of Distributor Authorization

ULTPRE’s distributor authorization is granted annually.

Prior to the end of each distributor year, ULTPRE will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the past year’s operations to decide on renewal. Our evaluation criteria primarily focus on three key indicators: First, the distributor’s annual sales performance; Second, the distributor’s promotional efforts and willingness; Third, the distributor’s loyalty. In principle, as long as the distributor remains loyal to ULTPRE, actively promotes our products wholeheartedly, and has not violated our distributor policy (especially the global warranty policy), we will absolutely not terminate the authorization even if business performance is temporarily subpar.

ULTPRE reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the distributor authorization at any time under the following circumstances: First, Passively promoting ULTPRE products (e.g., representing competing brands and intentionally not selling or passively promoting ULTPRE products during sales activities); Second, Deliberately disparaging ULTPRE products and brand reputation; Third, Refusing to provide after-sales service to users; Fourth, Engaging in malicious quoting or sales activities within another authorized distributor’s territory.
